Refunds and returns
ForgeOps comes with a 14-day refund, no questions asked.
How to get a refund
- Ask within 14 days of your purchase. Reply to your download email, or write to [email protected] from the email you bought with.
- You don't need to give a reason.
- You'll get the full price back on the card or account you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
Returns
ForgeOps is a digital download, so there's nothing to send back. Once you've been refunded, please delete your copy and stop using it.
After 14 days
Sales are final after 14 days. If something isn't working, write anyway. We'll help you get it running.
Who handles the payment
Checkout and payments are handled by Stripe. Refunds go back through Stripe to the way you paid.
